Whether it&#8217;s optimizing internal processes, transforming corporate culture or implementing innovative projects &#8211; change is constantly required. But how can this change be managed effectively? In our opinion, facilitators play an important role here!   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c39f4cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3c39f4cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">But what does the word \"facilitator\" actually mean?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-408f11f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"408f11f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>My year in Italy points me in the right direction: &#8220;facile&#8221; means &#8220;simple&#8221; &#8211; and obviously goes back to the Latin &#8220;facilis&#8221;, which unsurprisingly also means &#8220;simple&#8221;. So we are definitely on the right track. It&#8217;s about making something simpler.    <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1bd597c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1bd597c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What do facilitators do?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e504a7b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e504a7b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Facilitators support groups in working together creatively and effectively to achieve their goals. In doing so, they create an environment in which all participants can freely express their ideas, develop their own solutions and make decisions together. It is important that facilitators remain as neutral as possible and do not impose their own solutions. Their main task is to shape the process and support the group on its way to the common goal &#8211; for example, by suggesting a methodically structured approach to the group and by ensuring that the group communicates well with each other while working together.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f495f58 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7f495f58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What do facilitators do when they accompany corporate change?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2cebcf9b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2cebcf9b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Change often comes with uncertainty and resistance. Facilitators help to overcome these challenges by <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5a6400 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5a6400\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li><strong>Promote communication:<\/strong> You ensure that all voices are heard and that an open dialog is created.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Moderate conflicts:<\/strong> When opinions differ, they mediate and find solutions together with the group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choreograph processes:<\/strong> They design meetings and workshops in such a way that they are interactive, fun and, above all, deliver clear results.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Increase commitment:<\/strong> Using participative and creative methods, they motivate participants to actively participate and take responsibility themselves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d0b869 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d0b869\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sometimes they only do this for the duration of a short workshop or meeting and sometimes they accompany longer projects or even complex processes. From our point of view, the latter in particular makes a lot of sense, as the facilitators then really help the team to come together. In most cases, all participants also grow personally and develop further.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69dfb5cd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"69dfb5cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Facilitation in practice<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d879407 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2d879407\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Imagine your organization is planning to introduce a new technology. Different departments have different expectations and concerns. Facilitators can organize workshops in such a situation, for example, in which all participants contribute their perspectives.
