The most important questions & answers about our Facilitator Program (FAQs)
What do facilitators actually do and why do we need them?
Because the world has become complex and traditional methods no longer work. Facilitators ensure that teams don’t just talk, but think, learn, decide and act together. They transform meeting marathons into co-creation and disorientation into flow. In short: they make collaboration effective.
Who is the program made for?
For people who bring groups together in their work, lead meetings, initiate change or accompany projects and realize that in doing so: Good collaboration doesn’t happen by itself. Whether you are a coach, consultant, project manager, HR professional, agile coach or simply someone who wants to make collaboration better, here you will get the necessary tools and a lot of professional expertise.
What do I learn in the program and how does it work?
In 5 months, you will become an enabler for new ways of working. In 6 modules (6.5 hours each) you will learn:
- how to guide co-creation,
- how to design meetings as an “experience”,
- how to deal with resistance,
- how to use feedback as a driver of development,
- how to scale range and impact.
There are also homeplays, 11 pitstops, individual project support and a large pinch of Mermaidsplash.
We make sure that the size of the group allows for collaborative work from the outset and support networking among the participants.
Is the training more about methods or about the inner attitude?
Both, because the application of methods and tools is only of limited help without the corresponding inner attitude. You not only learn how design thinking, agile methods or systemic impulses work, but also when and why you use what. It’s not about frameworks, it’s about effectiveness. And about your attitude.
Can I apply what I have learned directly in my work context?
Absolutely. We accompany your real project from practice and, if you wish, we can also be the “fly on the wall” in shadow coaching. You get sparring, feedback, new impulses and not just in theory, but on the job.
What does the program cost and are there any funding options?
Participation costs €4,800 plus VAT. Funding of up to 90% is available for solo self-employed people and micro-enterprises. We support you with the application and actively help you to go through the not entirely uncomplicated funding process smoothly. We now have experience with this.
Further payment modalities for self-payers (e.g. payment in installments) are possible.
What is in it for me?
An m&b certificate and much more: a methodbox (100+ methods), which is also available to you after the end of the training. In addition, clear process skills and a network of like-minded people. You will not only receive paper, but a new self-image as a facilitator.
What does the format actually look like? Online or in person. German or English?
The training takes place entirely online. Interactive, lively and with real experiences. Ideal for people who want to learn flexibly and still immerse themselves deeply. The program is bilingual and can be conducted in German or English. The next group in October will be held in German.
Are there also offers for companies or teams?
Yes, we develop tailor-made in-house programs. This is worthwhile for groups of 6 or more. Group bookings for the open program are also possible – with a group discount.
What happens after the program, does it end?
Quite the opposite. You will become part of our alumni community with regular exchange formats. And for those who want to go even further, there are more advanced programs, such as the Transformation Architect or Collaborative Leadership.
