In principle, we appeal to all people – whether female, male, transgender or non-binary. Our texts are written by different people. They bring their personalities to the table through their language. We like that and therefore we don’t want any strict rules for language and formulation – except that we like and respect people in their diversity. We therefore use the masculine and feminine forms, nouns, gender asterisks, gender colons and gender gaps (_), as well as parentheses, brackets and slashes. And that’s mostly relevant for our German content. This always refers to all people – of all genders and, of course, of all origins.
