Bernadette Büsgen
is passionate about people and discovering their potential. Since 2006, she has been working as a coach and team developer with co-creative and collaborative methods. Her specialty is in moving people, to hold a mirror up to them – always with the desire to establish a sustainable personal development or team collaboration. After more than 15 years in different management and leadership positions, including at KPMG and WestLB, she has been working independently for 15 years.
Dr. Moritz Gekeler
has always been interested in collaboration that transcends the boundaries of disciplines, teams, organisations, and cultures. He has been working with co-creative methods in the areas of design future, innovation, and strategy development since 2006. He particularly enjoys projects when people from different contexts come together to implement creative solutions. His professional career has taken him from the future research department at Daimler AG to HPI D-School, SAP Apphaus and dolaborate GmbH.
Susanne Schluckebier
loves to create movement(s) that mean genuine change for teams and organisations. As a brand strategist and communications expert, she develops concepts and ideas that make the seemingly impossible possible. She combines her many years of experience from leading positions on the corporate side (T-Mobile and Unitymedia), and from consulting, with her knowledge as Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Innovation Lead, to support teams in implementing value-oriented projects with sustainable impact.
