1 Who is this program suitable for?

This program is aimed at managers or prospective managers who work in dynamic environments – e.g. in companies undergoing change, transformation or complex projects.For example, in companies undergoing change, transformations or complex projects. If you want to consciously shape leadership as a relationship rather than a hierarchy and not just manage your team, but empower them, this is the right program for you.

The program is designed so that you can continue to work on it in your everyday life. In four weeks there are 4 digital impulses + 4 live coaching sessions + exercises in everyday life + personal support. The digital impulses are compact, practical and flexible. Exactly how much time you have to spend per week depends on your speed and the exercise phases, but you can expect to spend around 2 hours per week.

  • The digital impulses are self-directed learning opportunities (videos, texts, small tasks) that you can flexibly integrate into your everyday life.
  • The live coaching sessions are moderated online sessions with your coaches and participants in which you work actively, clarify questions, share experiences and deepen what you have learned. There are also new learning impulses with additional knowledge impulses.

We focus on practical exercises and reflection phases: You work with real challenges from your day-to-day management work and bring what you have learned directly into the team. You will also be accompanied by a coach and a course buddy – they will support you in sticking with it and applying it.

With the consent of all participants, all sessions are recorded and you can watch them at a later date. You also have a learning buddy who is sure to keep you up to date.

You get access to our method box with over 100 tried and tested tools for different phases and levels of change (individual, team, organization). These tools help you to design concrete interventions – e.g. for co-creation, feedback processes, visualization, etc. You will learn which methods are helpful.

You are not alone: in addition to the live coaching sessions, you will receive personal support from coaches and your course buddy. This gives you a direct point of contact for your questions and challenges during the learning journey.

The Methodbox includes access for participants in your qualification programs for 12 months.
