In our magical method box you will find over 100 tried and tested tools to guide you through all phases of your transformation.
From small inspirations for effective check-ins to creativity techniques and comprehensive models such as the “9 Levels of Value Systems”, which help you to better understand the maturity level of individuals, teams and organizations in order to make the right interventions. Our Methodbox is structured in such a way that you can quickly find suitable methods depending on the issue at hand.
We distinguish between the
- level at which you want to start: individual, team or factual-organizational level and the
- Phase you are currently in: Appreciate, Orchestrate, Cultivate.
You will find the right method for your particular question at every level and in every phase.
To ensure that you don’t run out of ideas in your meetings, workshops, projects or during your transformation, we are expanding the Methodbox continuously. Templates are available for many of the methods – both for use on digital whiteboards and for printing out for face-to-face workshops.
For participants in our qualification programs, access to the portal and the Methodbox is included for 12 months. Alternatively, you can also book access separately for 120 euros per year.
